You'll provide litigation and administrative support to a group of United States Attorneys, working under a Supervisory Paralegal. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Collect court-ordered restitutions and fines from defendants.
- Draft and file legal documents using ECF system.
- Manage and track collection activity in internal database.
- Prepare trial notebooks and assist with trial preparation.
📋 Requirements
- Paralegal certificate, JD, or one year of ABA law school.
- At least one year of litigation paralegal experience.
- Knowledge of legal citation and legal research tools (LEXIS, Westlaw).
