You'll provide litigation and administrative support to a group of United States Attorneys, working under a Supervisory Paralegal. You'll handle collections, legal document preparation, and trial assistance, using ECF filing and legal research tools. This entry-level role offers a chance to contribute to government innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Collect court-ordered restitutions and fines from defendants.
  • Draft and file legal documents using ECF system.
  • Manage and track collection activity in internal database.
  • Prepare trial notebooks and assist with trial preparation.

📋 Requirements

  • Paralegal certificate, JD, or one year of ABA law school.
  • At least one year of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Knowledge of legal citation and legal research tools (LEXIS, Westlaw).
