You'll own the accounts payable function for a remote-first marketplace connecting people to inspiring spaces. You'll support the monthly close, journal entries, and audits while collaborating with the Controller on process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end accounts payable process in Bill.com
• Manage Stripe invoicing
• Support monthly close with journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist with annual audit preparation

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel including vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite
• Familiarity with Bill.com or similar AP automation tools
• Background in a technology company or high-growth environment
