Description

You'll be the local community expert for VALORANT in India and South Asia, executing grassroots events, influencer strategies, and campaign activations that resonate with players. You'll collaborate with APAC teams, monitor community feedback, and shape communications to drive player engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing online communities, including social media and influencer strategies
• Strong familiarity with VALORANT game mechanics and community
• Understanding of regional/cultural landscape and gaming communities in India
• Experience with community best practices, communication strategies, and user acquisition
• Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with INSA Publishing Lead and APAC teams on local communication strategies
• Identify player hubs and evaluate opportunities for engagement
• Execute local campaign plans and community grassroots initiatives
• Propose and lead local events, meetups, and community initiatives
• Monitor player feedback, conversation trends, and report to global teams
