You'll lead the girls' varsity volleyball program at Newark Academy, coaching the team during the fall season and pre-season. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach the team during fall season and pre-season preparations
• Manage assistant and JV coaches within the volleyball program
• Distribute and collect all equipment and uniforms
• Communicate with players and parents clearly and effectively
• Partner with Athletic Department to create schedule and manage budget

📋 Requirements

• Experience at the high school and/or college level
• Ability to teach volleyball skills and concepts at fundamental and high levels
• Strong organizational skills for off-season, pre-season, and in-season programming
• Ability to teach and promote discipline, respect, integrity, sportsmanship
