💼 About This Role

You'll own customer success and revenue growth across a portfolio, driving Net Revenue Retention through expansion, renewals, and relationship building in the DACH market. You'll act as the trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customers realize full value from Aircall's AI-powered communications platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full post-sale lifecycle including renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation.
• Identify and activate growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Run proactive outbound outreach to expand relationships and uncover value.
• Lead complex renewal and upsell negotiations to close revenue.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in German is mandatory.
• Bilingual in English is required.
• Experience in SaaS Account Management or related roles with revenue targets.
• Skilled in consultative sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
