You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and deliver data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing commerce or retail media campaigns
- Deep hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads (DSP and Sponsored Ads) and retail platforms
- Strong presentation, reporting, and client management skills
- Highly detail-oriented with analytical thinking and campaign management discipline
- Passionate about commerce media innovation and growing team expertise
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel retail media strategies across retailers
- Define optimization strategies aligned to ecommerce KPIs (CPA, ROAS, TACoS, incremental revenue)
- Continuously monitor performance and deliver data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Design testing roadmaps across ad formats, audience targeting, product selection, and creative approaches
- Serve as key day-to-day client contact, communicating performance insights and strategic opportunities
