You'll provide Level I IT support and break/fix resolution for clients, handling installations and troubleshooting. Your work ensures smooth operations and proactive problem-solving. This on-site role offers direct impact within a growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and configure Slack workspaces, channels, and user accounts
• Create and configure user accounts in Google Workspace and Active Directory
• Perform initial setup and configuration of Windows 10 laptops
• Monitor security alerts and respond to potential incidents

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with desktop support including Windows OS and O365
• Experience with Active Directory user and group management
• Knowledge of networking protocols and security principles
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Intune
• Familiarity with Apple MDM (DEP, VPP)
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
