💼 About This Role

You'll manage the Atlassian platform and products across the company, creating and maintaining Jira projects and Confluence spaces. You'll drive adoption of Atlassian Rovo and AI‑driven productivity features to improve efficiency and collaboration. You'll collaborate with IT experts to ensure security, performance, and availability of the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and manage Jira projects and Confluence spaces with customization and automation.
• Enable, configure, and optimize Atlassian Rovo for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Integrate Atlassian products with systems like source control, Aha, Sentry.io.
• Drive adoption through onboarding, communications, training, and success metrics.

📋 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence features (advanced roadmaps, macros, dashboards).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence Automation and APIs.
• Ability to drive business adoption for new Atlassian product/feature releases.
• Experience in requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews, user journeys).

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience configuring or deploying Atlassian Rovo or equivalent enterprise AI assistants.
• Basics of Python for Atlassian API bulk changes.
• Atlassian certifications: Jira Administration, Managing Jira Projects, Confluence Administration.
