Description

You will lead and scale Embark, a nationally growing initiative supporting mixed-heritage and interfaith couples in their 20s and 30s to explore Jewish life through meaningful learning, conversation, and community. You will oversee strategy, program expansion, staff leadership, and operational execution across North America, ensuring the program remains high quality, financially sustainable, and aligned with Mem Global's mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Embark, a nationally growing initiative for mixed-heritage/interfaith couples
• Grow Embark into a high-impact program while preserving relational depth
• Oversee strategy, program expansion, staff leadership, and operational execution across North America
• Work with leadership, program teams, rabbis, and external partners to expand cohorts
• Ensure program quality, financial sustainability, and alignment with mission
