💼 About This Role

You'll support the legal compliance team at Penumbra, focusing on healthcare professional (HCP) interactions and regulatory compliance. You'll manage compliance operations, review contracts and expense reports, and ensure accurate tracking of HCP/HCO expenditures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, execute, and organize compliance-related contracts
• Review and process expense reports and invoices from healthcare professionals
• Support the Healthcare Compliance Committee and manage data in compliance platforms
• Monitor legal compliance inboxes and respond to inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in administrative or compliance role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and compliance platforms like Certify, Salesforce, Agiloft, MediSpend
• Knowledge of medical device industry guidelines (AdvaMed Code) and transparency laws

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
• Familiarity with aggregate spend reporting obligations
