You'll lead the coaching team at a boutique fitness studio, delivering 10+ classes per week while setting standards for coaches. You'll drive studio growth through community outreach and retention efforts. This role combines hands-on coaching with team development and operational leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10+ classes per week as lead instructor.
• Mentor and provide feedback to coaching team.
• Assist with studio operations and community outreach.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel/Sheets).
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds.
