Description

You will ensure quality is built into every stage of the Terran R rocket design and production process, working directly with design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams to establish scalable processes and controls. Your work will balance risk and foster a culture of ownership to maintain reliability without slowing progress.

Requirements

• Experience in build quality or reliability engineering
• Knowledge of drawing standardization and DFM
• Familiarity with work instruction review and process development
• Experience with in-process build verification
• Ability to coordinate across design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams

Responsibilities

• Standardize drawings and implement design for manufacturability (DFM)
• Review work instructions and develop standard rework/repair documentation
• Perform in-process build verification
• Coordinate traveled work
• Manage configuration management and control
