💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale billing across multiple revenue streams at Swap, an AI-native commerce platform. You'll drive automation and system design, acting as a key partner to Account Management and Tech teams. This role offers the chance to introduce AI-driven workflows into finance operations at a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end billing across SaaS, usage-based, tax, and logistics revenue streams.
• Design and evolve billing models, processes, and controls for global expansion.
• Lead automation and system implementation, including NetSuite rollout and AI adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive data integrity and process improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in billing/revenue/AR in high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Experience with multi-stream revenue models (usage-based, international, multi-currency).
• Strong background in systems implementation (NetSuite or similar ERP, billing platforms).
• Exposure to or strong interest in AI applications in finance operations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Senvo, GoCardless, or Lightdash.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical ability.
• Stakeholder management and customer communication experience.
