You'll build and scale a high-performing sales organization at Flagler Health, a Series B company creating the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. You'll own revenue targets, refine sales processes, and drive full-funnel performance as a player-coach. This role offers the chance to shape a growing commercial function at a critical inflection point.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own company revenue targets and consistently deliver against them
- Lead and scale a team of ~8 AEs and SDRs with hiring and development
- Close complex, high-value deals with multi-site provider organizations
- Refine and operationalize scalable sales processes
๐ Requirements
- 6โ10+ years of experience in B2B tech sales with a leadership or player-coach role
- Proven track record closing complex deals in healthcare, ideally selling into provider organizations
- Experience scaling sales teams and processes beyond early stage
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and multi-stakeholder buying processes
