💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary finance business partner to the TechOps organization, leading financial planning and decision support as 4DMT transitions from late-stage clinical development to commercial launch. Your core impact will be driving the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan while managing risks and enabling data-driven decisions. This hands-on strategic role reports to the CFO and offers significant growth potential as the organization scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate TechOps strategy into financial forecasts and scenarios
• Own the TechOps annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan
• Develop detailed spend, headcount, and run-rate models
• Deliver monthly variance analysis and KPI reporting

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Prior biotech or pharmaceutical experience required
• Experience supporting late-stage clinical to commercial launch
• Direct experience partnering with TechOps or Manufacturing

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience partnering with Clinical Development
• Experience with ERP selection and implementation
