You'll define and elevate end-to-end workflows for creative disciplines like Character Art, Animation, and VFX at Riot Games. Your work will directly impact how ideas move from concept to shipped content on an unpublished R&D title. You'll mentor fellow Technical Artists and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define end-to-end workflows for creative disciplines including Character Art, Animation, Environment Art, Audio, and VFX.
  • Collaborate with Technical Art and Engineering to evaluate tools and communicate production requirements.
  • Stand up and maintain scalable artist tools and workflows for parallel production streams.
  • Provide technical support to artists and collect data for tool improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a technical artist in games or related industries.
  • Professional experience in content creation and tool development for DCC tools like Maya, Blender, or Houdini.
  • Professional experience working in Unreal Engine 5.
  • Highly proficient in Python tool development with focus on scalable, maintainable tools.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with C++ and UMG for Unreal Engine 5.
  • Excellent UI/UX design and front-end development (especially Qt/PyQt).
  • Experience working on a large-scale AAA game with cross-disciplinary team.
