Description

You will lead multimodal data integration, machine learning and simulation modeling, and support human subjects research to advance understanding of substance use, treatment outcomes, and recovery. Your work involves developing reproducible data pipelines, validated AI models, and simulation models with documented methodology.

Requirements

• Strong publication record in computational modeling, ML, AI, or digital health
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Linux
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Pandas
• Expertise in machine learning, generative AI, NLP/LLMs, and time-series analysis
• Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

Responsibilities

• Lead multimodal data integration and feature extraction
• Implement machine learning, NLP, and generative AI models
• Develop computational simulation models (agent-based, predictive, etc.)
• Create reproducible, documented data pipelines and code repositories
• Support human subjects research activities (e.g., Good Clinical Practice)
