💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, managing a team of up to 70 associates. You'll drive continuous improvement and ensure quality, production, and cost objectives are met. This role requires availability for day and night shifts in a fast-paced lean manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center
• Mentor and develop direct reports and leads
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Participate in production planning and capacity management

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs, ≤2 violations in 3 years)
• Ability to work overtime and weekends and stand/walk for extended periods
