You'll own and improve the reliability and performance of Lightfield's infrastructure as customer scale accelerates. You'll lead efforts to reduce database latency and optimize Postgres performance for large, high-volume workloads. This is a rare opportunity to shape the long-term foundation during a key scaling inflection point.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve reliability and performance of infrastructure as scale accelerates
• Optimize Postgres performance and reduce database latency
• Strengthen observability, incident response, and production readiness
• Build scalable systems for larger customers and growing usage

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years building and scaling infrastructure in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in infrastructure-heavy engineering (SRE, reliability, performance)
• Strong hands-on coding and end-to-end system ownership
• Experience with Postgres performance tuning and scaling database-backed apps
