💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Striveworks' primary program leadership presence for the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program at a US Army Division HQ. You will own delivery, customer relationships, and growth, translating customer friction into actionable roadmaps. This role offers autonomous ownership of mission-critical systems in an unpredictable national security environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all stakeholders from end users to Division leadership
  • Identify expansion opportunities and surface competitive threats to leadership
  • Translate field needs into actionable inputs for the engineering team
  • Synchronize technical delivery with contractual milestones and operational calendar
  • Identify and autonomously resolve execution risks, escalating only with recommended solutions

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4–6+ years experience with military operations at Division level or higher
  • Demonstrated experience planning and directing complex, multi-stakeholder project activities
  • Track record of building trust with senior military and civilian stakeholders
  • Active Secret (or above) US security clearance
  • US citizenship

  • Former Field Grade Officer or Senior NCO
  • Direct experience implementing battlefield technology within Army formations
  • Familiarity with DOD IT, network, and communications infrastructure
