Description

You will execute customer-first strategies for Kroger and CPG clients by leveraging insights from Kroger data, market trends, and human insights to build personalized communications. You'll own targeting, content, channel mix, timing, and measurement across digital, retail media, and conventional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Leverage leading customer insights from Kroger, market insights, and human insights to make customers' lives easier
• Build strong, trusting relationships with Kroger stakeholders and influence decisions driving long-term customer loyalty
• Focus on communications: targeting the right audience, delivering relevant content, using the right channel, timing, and measuring impact
• Work on digital, word of mouth, retail media, and/or conventional campaigns all personalized for customers
• Know the current state of the business, latest trends, and innovations impacting the area from a customer perspective
