🎯 What You'll Do

• Cultivate genuine customer connections and brand ambassador behavior
• Deliver boot services like branding, debossing, and boot shines
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation
• Uphold shipment, transfer, and loss prevention procedures

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years Retail Management experience
• High School Diploma required
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30lbs regularly
• Available 40 hours/week including weekends and holidays
