You'll set technical strategy, build strong management layers, and drive execution to ship ambitious product outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering org for product and infrastructure delivery
• Partner with CTO on technical strategy and roadmap
• Own engineering execution, deadlines, and accountability
• Develop middle management layer for scaling from 15 to 40+ engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven leadership of 15–40+ engineers in fast-paced startup
• Track record of building and scaling engineering org
• Experience driving operational excellence in engineering delivery
