Description

You will drive successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes by designing and delivering effective training and enablement, creating communication materials, and working with stakeholders to ensure employees understand, embrace, and sustain change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in change management, training, or organizational development
  • Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives like system implementation or process transformation
  • Experience designing training programs for professional/technical audiences
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end change approach for technology rollouts, process redesign, and org changes
  • Assess change impacts, identify affected audiences, and develop change plans
  • Design and deliver training content including facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and simulations
  • Develop clear change communications and coordinate stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Collect feedback, measure adoption, and propose improvements
