💼 About This Role

You'll join an interdisciplinary team to provide restorative occupational therapy to seniors in center and home settings, focusing on maximizing independence in daily activities. This role offers lower patient volumes and long-term relationships with participants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team to implement individualized treatment plans
• Schedule participant treatments, clinical visits, and billing
• Document occupational therapy interventions per care plans

📋 Requirements

• OTA associate's degree from an accredited program
• Valid California OTA license or proof of eligibility
• Minimum two years of OTA experience with frail or elderly population
• Knowledge to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs
