Acting as a primary liaison between syndicators, Program Managers, and local station departments, you'll play a crucial role in data coordination across various broadcasting platforms. This remote position offers the chance to impact television content delivery for a major station group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain network and syndication schedules in program management systems.
• Maintain syndication information in internal programming databases.
• Act as primary point of contact for syndicator portals, distributing critical metadata.
• Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution to external listings services and station personnel.

📋 Requirements

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with program management systems and listings guides for linear/streaming.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating between management and local stations.
