You'll own the day-to-day office experience at Prospa, a fintech company supporting small businesses. Your role spans front of house, facilities management, and employee experience. This is a high-touch, visible position that sets the tone for everyone who walks through the door.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage visitor sign-ins, guest hosting, mail and deliveries
- Work with vendors and building management on facilities requests
- Order and manage office supplies, snacks and stationery
- Assist in planning and delivery of office events and employee initiatives

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High initiative and learning agility
- Confidence managing suppliers, budgets and invoices
