💼 About This Role

You'll own digitization workflows for utility engineering records at CivilGrid, a SaaS construction tech company building the "Google Maps for the Underground." Your core impact is delivering insights from engineering drawings to accelerate real estate and infrastructure decisions. This is an early-stage role with real ownership as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage digitization workflows end-to-end, setting priorities and timelines.
• Provide expert markup and interpretation of utility engineering records.
• Establish quality assurance standards for digitized deliverables.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams for scalable processes.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management in subsurface utility engineering (SUE).
• Proven ability to interpret and QA civil engineering plans and as-builts.
• Experience with GIS or CAD software (ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation).
• Proficiency in project management tools and stakeholder reporting.
