💼 About This Role

You'll support Handshake MOVE Fellows by handling payments, contracts, and general inquiries for AI research projects. You'll resolve 75-100 tickets daily, using tools like BigQuery and SQL to unblock users and improve operations. This role offers growth into new roles across the Handshake AI Ops team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve payment questions, disputes, and contract issues for Fellows
• Handle 75-100 tickets daily using BigQuery, SQL, Looker
• Troubleshoot technical workflows and build custom reports
• Coordinate with Ops, Finance, Product, Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years customer success or sales development experience
• Experience with BigQuery, SQL, or similar BI tools
• Strong technical aptitude to learn new tools quickly
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics simply

• Experience with Looker or advanced Google Sheets
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or support workflows
