๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Vibe's People team to own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You'll help build the GTM engine for a company aiming to 2.5x revenue in 2026. You'll have autonomy to shape process rather than just execute.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run end-to-end searches for GTM roles from intake through signed offer
- Source proactively into passive talent pools using LinkedIn and outbound sequences
- Conduct structured interviews and deliver evidence-based candidate assessments
- Maintain healthy pipeline across all open GTM roles and track recruiting metrics
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record running full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience managing multiple open searches simultaneously without quality slipping
- Ability to source effectively into passive talent โ not just manage inbound
- Strong instincts for evaluating GTM candidates including sales motions and quota structures
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in adtech, martech, or streaming/CTV space
- Familiarity with Ashby as an ATS
- Experience building recruiting processes at an early-stage company
