Description
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 5-10 high-priority partners, own revenue targets, negotiate renewals, and act as a general manager. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth, identify trends, and resolve blockers, ensuring partners leverage the full value of Check's embedded payroll platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Post-sales partner/account management or existing account growth experience
- Demonstrated success owning a revenue number in post-sales context
- Experience in SaaS space; fintech or payroll a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Execute all phases of post-sales partner lifecycle including renewal negotiations and account management
- Build in-depth relationships by understanding partners' business goals
- Consult on partners' payroll business by investigating blockers and creating strategic plans
- Outline mutual success metrics/KPIs aligned with revenue goals
- Identify and manage risk through proactive communication and resolution strategies
