In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 5-10 high-priority partners, own revenue targets, negotiate renewals, and act as a general manager. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth, identify trends, and resolve blockers, ensuring partners leverage the full value of Check's embedded payroll platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Post-sales partner/account management or existing account growth experience
  • Demonstrated success owning a revenue number in post-sales context
  • Experience in SaaS space; fintech or payroll a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Execute all phases of post-sales partner lifecycle including renewal negotiations and account management
  • Build in-depth relationships by understanding partners' business goals
  • Consult on partners' payroll business by investigating blockers and creating strategic plans
  • Outline mutual success metrics/KPIs aligned with revenue goals
  • Identify and manage risk through proactive communication and resolution strategies
