You'll lead technical program management for the Menace product line, ensuring interoperability of software and hardware. You'll drive execution across teams and directly engage with government stakeholders to field prototypes in operational environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspire and drive engineering execution across multiple teams.
• Manage roadmaps and create clear milestones with cross-functional inputs.
• Deploy and support prototypes in the field at customer events.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigations to leadership and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent in commercial or defense tech.
• Strong technical background in systems engineering, software, or hardware engineering.
• Proven client-facing technical program management experience.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years designing and developing software.
• PMP Certification.
