You'll join SoFi to lead the technical and strategic evolution of our financial services platform. You will drive alignment across divisions and deliver technical solutions that put members in control of their financial destiny. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute technical vision and strategy for the platform.
• Build consensus around evolutionary roadmaps across the platform.
• Coordinate and implement plans delivering distinct customer value.
• Lead improvements to engineering efficiency and culture of excellence.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years as a professional Software Engineer.
• 7+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proficient coding in Java, Kotlin, or similar OOP language.
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot or similar.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS technologies (DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Full-stack engineering experience or willingness to expand influence.
