💼 About This Role

You'll lead regulatory licensing efforts for Blue Energy's innovative nuclear power plant designs. You will develop and execute licensing strategy, engage with the NRC, and manage Construction Permit Applications to unlock clean energy deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support VP of Regulatory Affairs in licensing strategy execution.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including Construction Permit Applications.
• Develop topical reports, white papers, and Safety Analysis Reports.
• Interface with NRC to address regulatory questions and manage RAIs.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in nuclear regulatory affairs or licensing.
• Deep knowledge of NRC regulations and licensing processes.
• Experience with 10 CFR Part 50 and construction permit applications.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with international regulatory bodies (ONR, CNSC).
• Experience with small modular reactors or advanced reactor technologies.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
