You'll own the day-to-day leadership and performance of BRUNT's first-ever flagship store, creating a community hub for tradespeople. Your core impact is bringing the BRUNT brand to life on the sales floor and leading a high-performing team while setting the standard for exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Background in staffing, coaching, training, and developing teams
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver financial results
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office
