Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering teams to adopt Contentful with consistency. You'll build scalable programs and toolkits, serve as a subject matter expert, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or similar role, ideally in digital experience platform or solution services
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js), APIs, SDKs
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs in a cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful features and best practices for Customer Experience and cross-functional teams
• Serve as a company-wide subject matter expert, develop prescriptive implementation guidance and resources
• Establish a strategic, scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Demo teams throughout product development lifecycle
• Create and maintain a library of enablement materials including usage guidance, patterns, and architectural recommendations
