As the Operations and Visual Manager at ALO, you will lead inventory management, labor planning, scheduling, and visual execution to ensure the store is always guest-ready. You'll drive efficient operations while maintaining high visual standards and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues
• Champion strong visual standards on the salesfloor using business performance data
• Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory count accuracy
• Coordinate labor hours for efficient product deliveries
