💼 About This Role

You'll support licensed colorists and shift leads at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar to deliver a seamless guest experience. You'll learn color services, perform blowouts and styling, and work toward promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform behind-the-chair services like finishing, shampooing, styling, and blowouts.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
• Drive revenue by upselling services, memberships, and subscriptions.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
