You'll lead the Stage Carpentry & Props department for Cirque du Soleil's KURIOS touring show, managing construction, installation, and maintenance of scenic elements and acrobatic equipment. You'll collaborate closely with the Technical Director and Artistic Director to ensure safety and artistic integrity. This role offers the unique opportunity to tour internationally full-time with a world-renowned circus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage department during rehearsals, performances, and city transfers
• Support recruitment, training, and HR tasks for staff
• Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure
• Lead special projects for new show elements and upgrades

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in stage carpentry & props in entertainment
• 3+ years leadership experience in technical entertainment
• 2+ years touring experience
• Willingness to tour internationally full-time

• College diploma in live entertainment or theater production
• Skills in welding, rigging, pneumatics, or electrical work
