You'll design and lead an AI-native people function at CSC Generation, an $1B+ holding company transforming iconic retail brands. Your core impact is building intelligent talent infrastructure that improves workforce planning, performance, and development across the portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-native HR systems for workforce planning and performance management.
• Develop intelligent talent infrastructure including skills mapping and internal mobility systems.
• Deploy AI across onboarding, performance management, and organizational design.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team with a focus on experimentation and operational excellence.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building or leading HR systems in high-growth or technology organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of using AI to redesign people processes like recruiting or workforce analytics.
• Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools including LLM-powered workflows.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and run structured experiments.

• STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technically rigorous environment.
• Experience in omnichannel retail or portfolio company context.
• Previous exposure to people analytics or compensation modeling.
