💼 About This Role

You'll own client integrations end-to-end for Pylon's mortgage API platform, driving onboarding and production stability. You will diagnose issues in real time and scale support processes. This role is key to maintaining client integration health as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide clients through API integration and provide troubleshooting support
• Diagnose complex integration issues using observability tools
• Create documentation and tools to help clients scale with Pylon
• Lead technical initiatives for assigned accounts and drive expansion

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a Technical Account Manager or customer-facing technical role
• Strong debugging instincts with observability tools like Sentry or Datadog
• Hands-on API experience reading/writing requests and debugging JSON
• Track record managing enterprise clients with complex technical requirements
