You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers at Rubrik, ensuring long-term customer retention and value. Your core impact is driving key KPIs like Time to Value and Customer Health Score improvement through strategic coaching and process excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape CS strategy and collaborate with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers
- Define and enforce CSM playbooks across customer lifecycle
- Act as escalation point for high-priority customer issues
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewals on retention strategies
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of total experience in Customer Success or related field
- 3+ years of direct people management leading a CSM team
- Strong technical understanding of data protection and cybersecurity
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Platforms
- Prior experience in CS segmentation or scaling models
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
