You'll partner with leadership to build world-class product and design teams by owning top-of-funnel sourcing for critical hires. You'll focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional PM and Design talent through creative sourcing strategies and long-term relationship building. This high-autonomy role operates with a 'one team' mindset to meet bold hiring goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with recruiters and leaders to build product/design teams
• Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for PM and Design roles
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent
• Build long-term relationships with senior PMs and designers

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Deep focus on Product Management and/or Product Design roles
• Strong product and design intuition to evaluate portfolios
• Clear, thoughtful communicator comfortable with ambiguity
