💼 About This Role

You'll join Coins, the most established crypto brand in the Philippines, to acquire and manage merchant relationships for their international remittance team. Your core impact will be driving transaction volume and growth through negotiating commercial terms and onboarding new merchants. This hybrid role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and onboard new merchants for payment services (QR, e-wallets).
• Manage relationships with existing merchants to drive transaction volume.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth merchant onboarding and integration.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in merchant acquisition or key account management.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or e-commerce.
• Proven sales or business development track record.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with remittance, payment gateways, or digital wallets.
• Knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, crypto, or blockchain.
• Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese.
