Description

You will help shape Stripe's scaled Revenue Suite Customer Success motion, running targeted engagements to ensure customers are successful and growing. You'll work with sales, partner managers, and operations to drive product adoption and revenue expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in client-facing role (customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or sales) with technical products
  • Strong business sense and understanding of users' business drivers and strategy
  • Experience with complex, regulated SaaS/Fintech products (tax, compliance, or financial reporting)
  • Track record of leading technical conversations and persuading others based on solution value
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Scope, build, and execute processes and programs to drive success for Revenue Suite customers at scale
  • Manage account health of Revenue Suite customers via proactive outreach
  • Serve as a trusted product advisor by delivering digital and 1:many content on Revenue Suite
  • Support expansion of Revenue Suite customers by identifying opportunities in coordination with account teams
