You'll lead lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements for a leading architectural glass and building products company. You'll drive value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis to enhance quality and efficiency. This role offers hands-on impact with a global industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions
• Create and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Work
• Conduct root cause analysis using 5-Why and A3 tools
• Lead new product introduction validation and test plans

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, mathematics)
• 3+ years experience in lean/Toyota Production Systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems

✨ Nice to Have

• CQE or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• ISO-9000 or TS-16949 Quality System experience
