Description

You will work with a group of elite engineers to design, build, and activate infrastructure for Starlink's production facility. This hands-on role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects, ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in architecture, construction management, or engineering + 3 years experience, OR 7+ years experience without degree
• 2+ years experience in personnel leadership or project management for civil, utility, or facility construction
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Physical ability to work in various environments; ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on preliminary scope and rough order of magnitude costs
• Gather and evaluate proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors
• Develop final cost and schedule; implement controls to track cost, schedule, and scope
• Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors through close-out
• Facilitate city, county, and governmental approvals; resolve design and construction conflicts
