💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions team in Cincinnati to provide maintenance and repair for pump, power, and HVAC equipment. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues faster and work smarter. This role offers year-round OEM training and clear advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, and HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and order parts
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and age 21+
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience with power generators or commercial HVAC equipment
• Own tools applicable to the position

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 6-12 months
• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service and maintenance
