You will act as the operational backbone of the AE motion, bringing clarity, rigor, and predictability to revenue generation. You'll own pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, and CRM workflows, partnering with Sales leadership to surface insights and reduce friction.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Operations Partner or similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with sales leadership
  • Analytical mindset with forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Experience with territory design and quota coverage

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of Direct Sales motion and performance drivers
  • Audit pipeline health, stage integrity, forecasting accuracy, and territory design
  • Establish consistent weekly pipeline inspection and forecasting cadence
  • Own CRM workflow improvements and drive tool adoption
  • Deliver actionable funnel, velocity, and win-rate insights
