You'll manage a diverse patient panel in a primary care setting, blending acute, chronic, and well visits with tele-health. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via tele-health
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures and supervise NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or board eligible with plans to certify within 1 year)
• State licensed in CA before start date
